WE ARE THRILLED THAT WE NOW OFFER COMPLETE ONLINE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT!
With this new program, you can:
Register and enroll in recreational classes (even if you have already filled out a paper form - we haven't processed them all yet!)
Add and change classes
View your account balance
Make changes to your account contact information and emergency contacts
Set up recurring payments (aka, AutoPay) and earn a 10% discount
Make payments any time for costumes and other account charges
TO GET STARTED...
This is an ALL NEW system, so even if you have danced with us in the past, AT THE LOGIN SCREEN YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT "I am a new account or student"
Please complete all info - Use a parent name for the "account name" and fill out all info even if you have given it to us before, this is where we will look for your information and emergency contacts (need one non-parent contact in the event that the emergency involves the parent!)
Add your dancer(s) and his/her d.o.b. (be sure to type in your dancer's name, if you don't, it gives them the name "new")
Choose your classes - BE SURE TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SESSION - there is a drop down selection box, your choices are Chandler or Shawnee (don't see the class you want, just send me an email and we might be able to add it!). If you are interested in enrolling in our competition program in Shawnee please give us a call after registering your student. Those classes are closed to general enrollment online until you have officially joined our team.
Save your credit card information for recurring payments (on the first of each month or nearest business day to the first). You receive a 10% discount for this.
Be sure to check the box for recurring payments or you won't get the discount!
Check back anytime using the login email address and password you created with your account to see your account activity!
Pay your $35 one-time registration fee (unless you pre-enrolled and have paid already).
Pay your half month tuition for August on or before your first day of class.

REMEMBER - this is an all new system, so unless you received an email confirmation from me the week of August 15th telling you I set up your account, you will need to click the "I AM A NEW ACCOUNT OR STUDENT" button on the login screen.
